Is it secure to order online?

Yes. We take good care with the information you provide us when placing an order on our website. The server that hosts our website encrypts the transmission of all customer’s information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. While the encryption process, information is divided into small bits of code which are unable to read as they are delivered to us over the Internet. Once we receive the encrypted information which we have mentioned above, we use a private key to decode it.

All of the information provided by you during the ordering process is restricted to our team members, and we make sure that all of our employees are up-to-date on our security and privacy policies.  If you require any further information about the security of ordering online please contact us.

How can I place my order?

Once you have finished your item selection by adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor and click on the “Checkout” button. Then you will be transferred to our secure server and asked whether to create a new account or order without an account.

If you expect to purchase additional materials from kharedaree.com, you may want to consider setting up an account. If you choose to do this, our website will maintain your billing and shipping information including your payment data so you don’t have to fill this information every time you visit our secure server. You will also have the access to view your complete history of purchasing at kharedaree.com

How should I view my shopping cart?

To view the items of your cart, click on the “View Cart” icon on your computer screen. As you click on this, you can easily change the number of items you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity listed and then click the “Update cart” link. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the “Remove” checkbox and then updating your cart with the “Update cart” link.

How can I add items to my shopping cart?

To add a particular item to your cart, navigate to the page of the items in which you are interested in and then click on the “Add to Cart” link, you will be navigated  to your “Shopping cart” page where you can enter the quantity of the item that you would like to order using the “Qty” field on the right side of the screen. After you have entered the quantity, you can continue shopping or choose more items to complete your order.

How can I remove items from my shopping cart?

Firstly, Click on the “View Cart” link in the upper-right area of your computer screen. This will show you the view of all items currently in your cart. If you have identified the item that you would like to remove from your selection, click on the “Remove” checkbox to the left and then click “Update Cart” to have your changes reflected.

How do I change the quantity of any item in my cart?

Firstly, click on the “View Cart” link in the upper-right area of your computer screen. This will show you the view all items currently in your cart, including the quantities that you have chosen for every item. To change the number of items, move your cursor to the box “Quantity” header for this item and type in the quantity desired, then click the “Update cart” link. Once this is done, the quantity and associated amount with this (if applicable) will automatically change and reflect the correct amount for both the quantity and the cost.

How will I confirm that you have received my order?

After completing your checkout process, a receipt will be shown on your screen detailing your selected order which also includes your shipping charges, your address of delivery, including the items that we are going to send to your shipping address. Please save this receipt as for your reference.

You will also be informed by an email confirmation that we have received your order. (Please make sure to enter your correct email address on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)

What are the shipping and handling rates charged by you?

Shipping and handling rates depend on the destination of the order and are based on the total cost of your order.  All shipping costs are calculated as described by the rules of kharedaree.com.

What if I want to change my address or suspend delivery?

Please write an email, or phone our Customer Service department with your changes at least two weeks before you move. In details tell about your old address, include new address, as well as any other special instructions if you have regarding suspending delivery.

What are your payment Modes?

We accept have only COD (Cash On Delivery) payment mode method. Soon we will introduce other payment methods as we are working on it

What is your returns policy?

  1. Your satisfaction is our success. For some reason, if you are not satisfied and you want to return your purchase, you’ll need to call our Customer Service department. Once you have to get your return approval number, please follow these three easy instructions to return your purchase:
  2. Make sure the item is in perfect condition. We cannot refund if it is defected, opened or damaged from your end.
  3. Provide a copy of your invoice. Please attach a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date).
  4. Ship the items to our returns department. To guarantee delivery, please make sure that you book it with a good courier company.

How long it will take to receive shipment after placing an order?

All orders are shipped from our side within 48 hours. Purchases shipped anywhere in Pakistan will arrive within 7-10 business days of the order date

How do I cancel orders before I make a payment?

After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.
